Continuous Flight Auger (CFA)

CFA was developed as an alternative to coping with mixed soil types and high water tables. CFA piles are well suited to a wide range of applications. The system is virtually without vibration and relatively quiet and therefore is well suited to environmentally sensitive and inner city locations.

To ensure pile quality and integrity, all of our rigs are fitted with on-board computers which monitor penetration rate, torque, extraction rate, concrete pressure and oversupply in real time.

The CFA system is suitable for various ground conditions. Piles can be constructed in clays, granular soils, soft rock or cemented sand. Compile-Ryobi can install CFA piles of up to 25metres, with sizes ranging from 350Ø to 750Ø.
